CHEESECAKE?!?! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT??
My name is April. I am a Plant City native and consider myself blessed to have raised my family where I was born.
I live by Matthew 6:34 " Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."
A few years ago, I made a cheesecake for my husband's birthday, at his request. I had never made a cheesecake before and wasn't much of a baker but thought I'd give it a shot. It was a New York style with a homemade raspberry compote. Y'all!!! It. Was. AMAZING!!!
IT WAS A DOMINO EFFECT!
I started getting orders from family and close friends, here and there but by the holiday season of 2020 I had received a hundred orders! Many of those orders were from folks I didn't know. It was a very exciting time. I decided, at the urging of many friends and family, to start this business.
And so...........................The Cheesecake Lady was born!

Today, my husband and I are running a successful small business filling special orders, dabbling in catering and travelling all over in a concession trailer! I love baking cheesecake and I LOVE it the most when YOU love my cheesecake creations!! So, thank you for your orders and for stopping by. I hope to hear from you very soon!!
Going big!
In the summer of 2022, we broke into the wholesale market and began offering our selections to restaurants in our area. This was quite a breakthrough! We are so happy with our partners and look forward to expanding!
